Alicia Weaver is a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist with a passion for helping children communicate confidently and effectively. She graduated from Ball State University with a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology in 2008 and has had the privilege of working in a variety of settings, including long-term care, rehabilitation, home health, acute care, and outpatient pediatrics. However, her heart lies in the school setting, where she has worked full-time as a speech therapist since 2009.

Throughout her career, Alicia has had the opportunity to support children with a wide range of communication challenges, and she has developed a special interest in working with children who have selective mutism. She is committed to helping all children express themselves and reach their full potential, fostering an environment where they feel safe, understood, and empowered.

As a proud member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), Alicia continues to grow professionally and stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in the field of speech therapy.

When she is not working, Alicia enjoys spending time with her wonderful husband and their three amazing children. She loves sharing family moments, cheering her son on at the baseball diamond, sipping on chai tea lattes, reading, and indulging in delicious Mexican food with friends and loved ones.
